IF YOU COULDN’T CREATE IT SHOULD YOU CRITIQUE IT

Obviously having an opinion is something everyone is entitled to, but expressing it is a choice.

So should people take a second to think whether or not their critique is of any value based on the fact they couldn’t create what they’re expecting someone else to? Or is it our duty, as fellow humans, to tell each other when something isn’t as good as it could be despite the fact?

Critiquing can be important, and when listened to - can create some great outcomes, and it only makes logical sense that something like a brand SHOULD listen to the people who are buying from them, right? Or is the internet comment section and the people going into the stores and purchasing worlds apart from each-other?

So many questions. What do you think? Should people only critique something when they’re well versed in what it is their critiquing?
